SIJO ADRIANO EMPERADO
Considered the father of Hawaiian martial arts, Sijo is, by definition, the most influential martial artist in Hawaiian history. His endless creativity influenced just about every martial artist you will meet and he will continue to inspire for generations to come. A wonderful example that each life is a miracle that changes the world and leaves it a better place than it was before. We will forever be honoring the life of this great man
DAI SHIHAN TED TABURA
Born and raised in Hawaii, Dai Shihan Tabura has an infectious zest for life. Dubbed "The Sickle Man" by Sijo Emperado for his mastery in the use of the kama. He has been featured in movies, highlighted in magazines and competed in tournaments around the world.  Patrice Lim considers one of her greatest blessings to be able to study the katana under the tutorage of Dai Shihan Ted Tabura.
GRANDMASTER ALLEN ABAD
"Be as Still as a Mountain,
Move Like a Great River"
The greatest lessons learned are from just being around him, letting him rub off on you. Mahalo nui loa for beautiful memories and inspirational leadership. Patrice Lim is and will be forever grateful for all of the doors Grandmaster Abad opened. Patrice Lim was promoted to 5th Degree/Master Instructor by Grandmaster Allen Abad.
GRANDMASTER GEORGE LIM
"Where Tradition Meets Innovation"
After falling in love with the most beautiful islands, people and culture on earth, Patrice Lim's goal is to enrich other people with the same love of Hawaiian culture. I can never repay my teacher, Grandmaster George Lim for the truly precious gifts he has given me. Learning Hawaii Kenpo is parallel to knowing him well and finding that rare treasure we all search for in life.
PROFESSOR PATRICE LIM
"Aloha is the center of all things Hawaiian. It is through aloha that all other Hawaiian values have meaning. The spirit of aloha affects everything we do, not so much in words, it doesn't come from the mouth, it comes from the action. To show you have aloha is from your action and how you deal with things."
